Courtauld Gallery has very Famous Paintings

The Courtauld Gallery has some of the most famous paintings in the world. If you are a visitor to London interested in Art then don't miss the Courtauld Gallery.

Somerset House, an 18th century palace on the banks of the Thames, houses the Courtauld Gallery. The elegant ambience is a perfect setting for the galleries's collection.

The Courtauld Gallery is recognised as one of the World's finest museums. The Courtauld collection covers the early Renaissance to the 1900s. The Impressionist and Post-Impressionist paintings in the Courtauld collection are unrivalled. The Gallery also has a superb collection of prints and sculpture.

Daily 10.00 – 18.00 (last admission 17.30)

Late Openings:
Thurs 22 Oct and 19 Nov: until 21.00

24 Dec: 10.00 16.00
25 & 26 Dec: closed

The Courtauld's Drawings and Prints room can be visited by appointment.
